The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce's Celebrate event recognizes individual lifetime achievements. In addition to celebrating our recipients, enjoy a wonderful dinner, auction, and entertainment! It will be an evening to remember, recognize, and connect with the Fox Cities business community.

The following awards will be given at Celebrate:

The ATHENA Leadership Award®, which is sponsored by Bergstrom Automotive, recognizes a woman who has achieved the highest level of professional excellence.

2025 recipient: Dawn Ruchala – Senior Manager, Community Engagement, U.S. Venture

The Gus A. Zuehlke Distinguished Service Award is designed to honor an individual who has made outstanding contributions through leadership in the business community and service during their years as a Chamber member.

2025 recipient: Kim Underhill - Group President North America - Retired/ Senior Advisor/ Executive Coach, Kimberly Clark/Boston Consulting Group/The Next Chapter, LLC

The Joyce Bytof Exceptional Mentor Award is given to an individual who is proactive in the advancement of others by sharing time, talent, and business experience for the purpose of promoting growth and opportunity in our community.

2025 recipient: Sharon Hulce – President/CEO, Employment Resource Group Inc.

The Fox Cities Business Leader Hall of Fame recognizes a current or retired C-Suite leader who has demonstrated personal and business success and is a role model for future generations.

2025 recipient: Rich Batley – President/Owner, RB Hospitality

The Legacy Award honors a distinguished member whose long-standing leadership has strengthened the Fox Cities region and the community we serve. This prestigious recognition celebrates individuals who invest in people, champion economic growth, and help create a thriving place to live, work, and do business. Their enduring commitment leaves a lasting impact on our community's progress and inspires future generations to carry that legacy forward.

Non-Member Ticket: $250
