John W. Miller is Secretary and CEO of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), joining the organization in January 2026. Previously, he founded Arenberg Holdings, a venture capital fund focused on early-stage companies with Wisconsin connections. He also served as president and CEO of his family’s manufacturing company, Miller-St. Nazianz, where he doubled employment and tripled sales before selling the company in 2014. John holds degrees from Marquette University, Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin Law School.

John Breitinger leads Colliers’ Minnesota-based Real Estate Development Advisory practice and has more than 40 years of experience in real estate investment and development. Throughout his career, he has helped property owners, investors and communities reposition and redevelop real estate assets to meet changing needs. John has contributed to more than $2.5 billion in development and redevelopment projects. Prior to Colliers, he held leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield and United Properties. He is also active with the Urban Land Institute and Lambda Alpha International.

Jason Monnett is President of WBD, Inc. – Your Business Finance Resource. Jason has worked with SBA loan solutions for more than 30 years. He joined WBD in 2001 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, from credit analyst to loan officer to President. WBD’s portfolio of 504 loans exceeds $1 billion. Jason is a graduate of UW-Madison and the Graduate School of Banking at UW-Madison. He was honored as SBA’s Financial Services Champion in 2017.
