Imran Andrabi – Froedtert ThedaCare


Imran Andrabi, MD, FAAFM, is president and CEO of Froedtert ThedaCare Health Inc. He oversees the combined organization’s vision, mission, goals, operations and strategic direction.  

Dr. Andrabi has extensive experience leading safe, high quality health care in the Midwest. He is passionate about population health, process improvement and providing world-class experiences and care for patients and the caregivers who serve them. He believes in team-based care and innovative design and care delivery.  

Before joining ThedaCare as president and chief executive officer in 2017, Dr. Andrabi was chief operating officer and president and CEO of Mercy Health, Toledo, Ohio. Mercy Health is a non-profit Catholic health care ministry serving Ohio and Kentucky, providing care to adults and Pediatric populations. He began his career there as an intern and chief medical resident before steadily advancing to the system’s highest-ranking executive. He also has extensive experience in academic medicine and had lead medical education and research programs at all levels within Mercy Health in partnership with the University of Toledo College of Medicine, Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and the University of Michigan. 

Dr. Andrabi is a family medicine physician who grew up in Pakistan and graduated from King Edward Medical College in Lahore. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and American College of Managed Care Medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine.  

Dr. Andrabi’s board and committee appointments include United Way of the Fox Cities, Froedtert ThedaCare Inc Board, ThedaCare Board of Trustees, Wisconsin Hospital Association, Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality, AboutHealth, Panda Health, b.well connected health, along with Vizient Upper Midwest board, Vizient Chairs Council and Vizient Value Analytics Committee. He is the chair of several of these boards. 

Dr. Andrabi is married, has two adult sons and one daughter.  


Kevin M. Beauchamp – Galloway Company 

Kevin M. Beauchamp’s journey from a small farming town in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula to President & CEO of Galloway Company shows how resilience, curiosity, and a strong work ethic can shape a meaningful career. Growing up in a family where hard work came before anything else, Kevin learned early that dedication and accountability are the foundation for long‑term success. 

Kevin began his career in the paper industry while attending Northern Michigan University full‑time, gaining hands‑on experience that strengthened his adaptability and commitment to continuous learning. After progressing through engineering and operations roles, he earned an MBA to expand his business knowledge and prepare for future leadership opportunities. 

Since joining Galloway Company in 2005, Kevin has supported the organization through major growth and modernization initiatives. His leadership path continued as he became COO in 2017, President in 2020, and ultimately President & CEO in 2024. Known for his grounded, authentic leadership style, Kevin believes in empowering people by giving them opportunities to learn, contribute, and stretch beyond their comfort zones. 

He is deeply committed to developing the next generation of leaders and encourages emerging professionals to stay curious, work hard, and remain open to opportunities that can shape their future. 


Joey Reader – A-mazing Events 

As the President and Founder of A-mazing Events, Joey Reader has spent the past 20 years building a full-service event management company grounded in trust, creativity, and calm, confident execution. Known for her positive leadership style and unwavering integrity, she believes exceptional experiences are built on strong relationships, thoughtful planning, and a shared commitment to excellence. 

With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Joey leads with a people-first mindset, focusing on collaboration, clear communication, and empowering her team to navigate complexity with confidence. Today, she is focused on leading and supporting a team of 17 talented professionals whose dedication and expertise drive the continued success of A-mazing Events. Her ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve strategically, and lead with both clarity and heart has guided the company through sustained growth and change. 

Joey serves on advisory boards for Fox Valley Technical College, including the Hospitality Management Program and the Small Business Entrepreneurship Program. She was named a 2024 Women of Influence in the Small Business category and is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders and sharing real-world insights on leadership and business growth. 


Catherine J. Tierney – Community First Credit Union 

Cathie is President-CEO of Community First Credit Union, a $6.7 billion financial cooperative headquartered in Neenah WI, serving 165,000 member-owners, with a team of 634 from 25 locations throughout Northeastern WI. She joined the credit union in 1976 as teller and held many roles before her promotion to President-CEO in 1994. She is the credit union’s second CEO, succeeding the founder. 

Under her leadership, Community First has been recognized with the Raddon Crystal Performance Award for the past 17 consecutive years, acknowledging CFCU as one of the top 10 Credit Unions in the United States for financial performance. 

Ms.Tierney serves as Chairman of the board of Velera, a national payments technology company, is a board member of the NASCUS (National Association of State Chartered CU Supervisors) CU Advisory Council, and Chairs the SECURA Insurance Companies Board of Directors. Her current non-profit board service includes the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, Fox Valley Humane Association, Riverview Gardens, and the New North. 

Cathie served a term on the Chicago Federal Reserve’s Community Depository Institutions Council and on the Governor’s Council for Financial Literacy. A recipient of multiple community and financial industry awards, she was inducted into the Fox Cities Chamber and Credit Union Executive Society Halls of Fame, and The Wisconsin CU League’s Legends of the Movement. She recently was named as one of the Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions. 

She is a Fox Cities native, an alumna of Lawrence University and a Certified Credit Union Executive.
