SUMMARY:2026 There is No Such Thing as Time Management - A New Take on Productivity
DESCRIPTION:Join the Chamber's Pulse Young Professionals Network for a professional development event where speaker Terry Wetzel will introduce a new take on how we look at time management and productivity.Donuts and coffee will be provided by our host\, U.S. Venture. If time is a fixed constant\, it cannot be managed. Only the variable the human can be "managed." Stop saying "I don't have time." Get real and honest and start saying "It is not a priority." Notice how that shifts the weight of responsibility back to you. Time is a constant. What you do with it is a variable. It separates high achievers from average. It separates good from great. It is about choices\, discipline\, consistency\, energy\, impulse control\, and prioritization\, all of which are self-management.Speaker: Terry Wetzel\nWith a unique background in business and education\, Terry has served in various capacities in both. He holds a Masters in Business Education and his most recent role was as Associate Vice President of Partnership Development at a startup company located in Titletown Tech in Green Bay\, Wisconsin. In the education sector he served as a teacher\, principal\, and Director of Teaching & Learning. On a personal level\, Terry has taught college courses for the University of Wisconsin system\, is a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin\, has been a track and cross country coach\, and has a keen interest in outdoor activities. He is an avid reader of mostly non-fiction but also enjoys a good story now and then. When not working he can be found kayaking\, canoeing\, fishing\, hiking\, and camping around the Midwest.
