2026 Future Fox Cities Career Expo

Future Fox Cities is a one-day Career Expo designed to bring together regional employers and students with the goal of building partnerships between education and industry, defining clear career pathways for students, creating career-based learning opportunities, and strengthening employer talent pipelines. 

For Students 🎓

Explore careers up close with interactive employer booths and hands-on experiences. Students will participate in a pre-event presentation, learning how to approach businesses and engage effectively before visiting employer booths. Students will also discover:

• Interactive activities relating to the employers workplaces
• Career opportunities and expected starting salaries
• Job titles and real-world skills that are needed
• Recommended high school coursework
• Post-high school training or education pathways
• Direct connections to local professionals

Hiring Event - New This Year!

This free event from 3:00-5:00pm is open to 11th-12th grade students who are interested in exploring part-time, seasonal, internship, youth apprenticeship, or entry-level employment opportunities. Students will have the chance to connect directly with local employers who are actively looking to hire!

For Employers 🏢

Showcase your organization while connecting with future talent! You’ll have the opportunity to share:

• Hands-on experiences or demonstrations that showcase your workplace, giving them a real sense of what it’s like to work at your organization.
• Career-based learning opportunities (job shadows, interviews, classroom visits, tours, internships, apprenticeships, etc.)
• Summer and part-time employment options
• Your company’s career pathways and skills in demand

Vendor Perks

All participating businesses receive:

• Complimentary breakfast items and beverages 
• Complimentary lunch for 2 vendor representatives
• Complimentary parking in the nearby Red Ramp for 2 vehicles
• Business promotion on the event website & to schools
• Networking with other employers & educators
• Direct access to 2,000 local students
