Twin Pillars Construction is a subsidiary of Black Duck Partners; we started out as an internal on-paper General Contractor handling tenant buildouts and National Accounts for Planet Fitness locations. Beginning in the early 2000s, Black Duck Partners, and Twin Pillars Construction have grown exponentially in the fitness center niche. We now operate 130+ different Planet Fitness locations. We also own and operate USA Heating and Cooling, Black Duck Real Estate, Phixsur, Us Fitness Parts and UniFiX Technology. Twin Pillars Construction is a commercial general contractor specializing in construction, renovations, tenant buildouts, and multi-location projects. We provide consistent, deadline-driven performance with a strong focus on quality, communication, and dependable project delivery.
