Melissa Wege is a Senior Finance Operations Manager at U.S. Venture, Inc., headquartered in Appleton, WI. David Tuttle - Vice President, Data and Analytics
Dave Tuttle leads Enterprise Data and Analytics at U.S. Venture, overseeing engineering, architecture, and advanced analytics. His work centers on building scalable data solutions that fuel innovation and drive business transformation.
Before taking on his current role, Dave led Data Intelligence at Breakthrough, a division of U.S. Venture, where he guided analytics, data science, and economic research teams focused on applying data and technology to the optimization of transportation and supply chain solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands.
With over 20 years of experience across automotive, aerospace, and logistics, Dave helped launch global distribution solutions for brands like Nike, Intel, Boeing, and Apple. He also built and led XPO/GXO’s Planning and Data Science organization, helping grow the business from a $300M regional player to a $8B+ global logistics leader.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Purchasing and Supply Chain and Logistics, and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
