Big Foot BBQ Competition

As part of the Rib Cookoff Association, the Bigfoot BBQ Competition brings award-winning cooks from across the country to the Fox Valley to compete in three categories: supper club steaks, barbecue ribs, and decadent lava cake desserts. From 11 AM to 5 PM, the public is invited to join in the fun, cheer on the competitors, and enjoy an afternoon filled with live music from Christopher Gold, delicious eats, and local flavor. Satisfy your taste buds with barbecue and pulled pork sandwiches, creamy smoked mac & cheese, and ice-cold beer—plus sauces from Milwaukee Sauce Co., and sweet treats from Tria Frog Treats, ice cream vendors, and more! Every bite supports a great cause: all proceeds benefit Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin's FarmLink program, which helps local farmers and brings fresh produce and meat to families in need.
