Operating in a job shop environment, ATCAM manufactures a diverse range of new parts and components using both manual and CNC machining equipment. Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Generalist with Accounts Payable & Receivable Support. This hybrid role requires expertise in human resources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to manage dual responsibilities efficiently.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.

Administer employee benefits enrollment and PTO (Paid Time Off) management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.

Assist in creating and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.

Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.


Accounts Payable & Receivables:

Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Oversee accounts receivable by preparing and issuing invoices to customers.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances.

Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and month-end close activities.

Assist in budgeting processes.

Address discrepancies and resolve billing or payment issues effectively.


Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, with a willingness to develop accounting skills through training. 

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR.

Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

Strong understanding of labor laws and financial regulations.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.


Preferred:

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP).

Prior experience in a hybrid HR and finance role.
