Heid Music is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations for Heid Music. This role is critical in fostering a positive work culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, and driving initiatives that align with our business goals.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing the day-to-day HR responsibilities. This position will balance strategic leadership, manage talent acquisition and onboarding, advise employee relations and culture, oversee performance management and development, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus. Five or more years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience, including supervisory or managerial roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
