IT Support Specialist

Heid Music is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our team in Appleton, WI. This role supports Heid Music employees, locations, and vendors and supports an optimal IT infrastructure for the organization.    

Heid Music is a music retailer that provides solutions that foster happy and developing musicians. This position is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, monitoring network performance, and administering IT systems.  The IT Support Specialist will optimize current technologies and help systems and employees work efficiently.    

Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s degree in an information technology related field.  One to three years of previous IT experience in Systems Administration or Networking is required.  Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills are needed.  Knowledge of SQL servers and queries and Power BI/R language is helpful.
