Repair Specialist

Join the finely tuned repair team at Heid Music. We have a full-time Repair Technician position in our Appleton, WI location available. This role will help Heid Music provide BRAVO customer service by performing high quality repairs and maintenance on band instruments. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.

The Repair Technician will be performing high quality repairs and maintenance on band instruments (entry to professional level) for rental inventory and school accounts. Additional responsibilities include preparing instruments for repair, utilizing Point of Sale (POS) for repair, inventory, and customer information, and accurately completing all repair paperwork including repair tickets. This position will also support working partnerships with area schools and Directors.

Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited instrument repair program.
