As the Vice President of Community Engagement, you will serve as a member of the Foundation’s Executive Leadership Team, work collaboratively across multiple departments, and lead the Community Engagement team. This role is responsible for leading, understanding, and curating insights into community needs. The Vice President of Community Engagement will take a leading role in community initiatives, mission focused grants, and leadership for advocacy on important pillars as determined by the Board of Directors.
If you have a bachelor’s degree and/or at least seven years of experience in philanthropic services, development, nonprofit, foundation, or similar environment we want to hear from you! Qualified candidates must have at least five years of experience in providing operational and program leadership in a nonprofit AND five years of experience in supervising a team of people.
