Speech Treat LLC

Hello! I'm Heather Bancroft, speech-language pathologist, founder, and owner of Speech Treat LLC. I am an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist and have provided speech-language therapy services since 2013 in a variety of settings including schools, skilled nursing facilities, and early intervention. My mission is to provide quality care to children who live in rural areas, who do not qualify for birth-to-three or school-based speech therapy services, who have been put on therapy waitlists, or who have made little progress in their treatment programming. I will appropriately customize an evidenced-based treatment plan according to the severity and nature of your child’s speech or language impairment. I believe it is best to incorporate creativity, a multi-sensory approach, and your child’s interests into therapy sessions. I will motivate your child during sessions by making therapy fun and engaging. I also believe in the power of coaching and collaboration with parents and other members of your child’s team to set salient, functional goals that can be carried over across settings. I offer services in your child’s home, daycare, or through teletherapy services.
