Fitness Club
Co-founder and owner of The Physique Lab, a 7,500 sq ft bodybuilding gym opening in Neenah this winter. I run the training side of the business along with our operations, branding and content, while my husband and co-owner Brandon handles the finance and buildout.
The Physique Lab is built for people who take training seriously, whether that is their first week in a gym or their last week before stepping on stage. We will have 80+ pieces of equipment, private showers, and a dedicated posing room, in a space laid out around how people actually train…because we train right alongside our members.
I am a bodybuilder, and I have coached lifters for years, from beginners learning their first movements to competitors prepping for a show. Getting to build this gym in the Fox Valley, in the community where our family lives and trains, is the part I am most proud of.
