WFRV-TV (CBS) today announced the promotion of experienced broadcast executive Carolyn Williamsen as Vice President and General Manager, overseeing broadcast and digital operations at the Nexstar-owned television station serving Green Bay, Wisconsin (DMA #68), and the surrounding area. She will begin her new duties immediately and report to Brandin Stewart, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Nexstar’s broadcasting division.
