Leadership doesn’t come with a roadmap, and everyone’s journey looks a little different. Join us for a candid conversation with three past participants of Fox Cities Chamber leadership programs as they share real stories, lessons learned, and the moments that shaped their leadership styles.

This interactive panel will offer honest insights, practical takeaways, and a chance to hear what leadership really looks like behind the scenes. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, you’ll walk away with ideas you can put into practice right away.

Panelists:

Chloe Kampo | Leader Lab Participant

Chloe Kampo is the Clinic Operations Manager at Orthopedic and Sports Institute, where she leads with a strong commitment to team development and high-quality patient-centered care. She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant while in college and advanced through nursing school into healthcare administration, giving her a grounded, frontline perspective on leadership.

Her experience spans clinical care, team development, and operations, with a strong focus on mentoring, improving workflows, and building teams that feel connected and supported. Chloe leads with authenticity and courage, and she’s passionate about developing people and creating strong, healthy team cultures. She’s especially driven to help healthcare teams navigate the demands of the field while staying committed to both patient outcomes and the well-being of the people doing the work.

Preston Kendall | Leadership Fox Cities Alumni

Preston Kendall is a Director at Baird and a founding partner of the Zuleger Kendall Group, where he and his team serve as the CFO for several hundred local families. Preston was recruited to Baird in 2013 after spending more than 10 years as Vice President at a privately held real estate development company focused in Southeast Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. He loves working with people and living out his life motto to “make every situation better”. Preston is deeply connected to the local community. He has been actively involved with Leadership Fox Cities since 2015 and currently serves as its Chairperson. He is also an engaged volunteer within the Holy Spirit and Xavier communities and a strong supporter of the Cristo Rey Network of Schools, where his father works. In addition, Preston enjoys inspiring entrepreneurship through Junior Achievement of Wisconsin and frequently volunteers as a guest speaker in schools and other youth-focused community organizations.

Alicia Frank | Leadership Fox Cities Alumni

Alicia Frank serves as an Associate Director of Resource Development at United Way Fox Cities, where she champions community engagement and building a stronger, more caring community for everyone. Known for a collaborative, people‑centered leadership style, Alicia builds meaningful partnerships with donors, corporate partners, and community organizations to drive sustainable impact. Her work helps ensure that critical programs in youth opportunity, health, financial security and community resiliency have the resources needed to thrive.

Beyond her role at United Way Fox Cities, Alicia is actively engaged in several Boards and committees such as, Leadership Fox Cities Alumni Association, The Building for Kids, Heckrodt Wetland Reserve, The Monthlies Project, Leaven, and the Women’s Fund Brighter Female Futures (B.F.F’s) reflecting a belief that leadership is most powerful when rooted in service.


Facilitator: Terry Wetzel | Summit Leadership Development

With a unique background in business and education, Terry has served in various capacities in both. He holds a Masters in Business Education and his most recent role was as Associate Vice President of Partnership Development at a startup company located in Titletown Tech in Green Bay. In the education sector he served as a teacher, principal, and Director of Teaching & Learning. On a personal level, Terry has taught college courses for the University of Wisconsin system, is a Big Brother through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin, has been a track and cross country coach.
