Launch: Summer Intern Series is an 8-week program designed to introduce interns to both workplace culture and the Fox Cities community. Through engaging sessions and networking opportunities, participants gain valuable insight into professional life while building connections that help them feel at home in the region!
Throughout the program, interns will build practical skills that support both their careers and everyday life. Sessions focus on topics like making the most of an internship experience, understanding workplace expectations, strengthening communication and other professional skills, managing personal finances, and preparing for future job opportunities through networking and interview practice. Participants will also explore leadership, personal motivation, and ways to stay engaged and give back within their communities.
In addition to professional development, participants will be introduced to many opportunities and experiences throughout the Fox Cities, including activities and events happening during the summer, helping them make the most of their time in the region!
