Executive Elevate is a high-impact leadership program designed exclusively for C-suite leaders and senior executives.

Through expert-led sessions, candid peer discussion and practical application, participants will strengthen their ability to lead themselves, guide others, and move their organizations forward. The intimate cohort provides a trusted environment in which executives can challenge their thinking, exchange perspectives, and work through the complex issues senior leaders face.

Leading Self

Strengthen the self-awareness, executive presence, resilience, and communication skills required to lead with confidence, clarity and accountability.

Leading Others

Build greater trust and engagement, navigate conflict, coach performance, and create the conditions for individuals and teams to succeed.

Leading the Business

Sharpen strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution while developing the leadership capabilities needed to guide innovation, organizational change and long-term growth.

Executive Peer Advisory

Bring a real organizational challenge to the group for a confidential, facilitated advisory session. Participants will ask clarifying questions, offer perspectives and help identify practical next steps, providing each leader with the collective insight and experience of the cohort.

Meet the Facilitators:

Steven G. Bobowski, Executive Advisor, Coach and Business Leader

Steve Bobowski brings more than three decades of executive leadership, business development and organizational growth experience to Executive Elevate. His career includes leadership roles with Procter & Gamble, Pepsi, Kimberly-Clark, Marvel Entertainment and Riddell Sports, where he served as president.

Throughout his career, Steve has managed and developed business relationships with 35 Fortune 500 companies, helped bring thousands of products to market and built high-performing teams across a variety of industries.

Today, Steve works closely with CEOs, business owners and senior executives as an executive coach and Vistage Chair, helping leaders navigate complex business challenges, strengthen organizational performance and lead with greater clarity and confidence. He was recognized as a 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100 honoree, celebrating the state’s top CEOs and C-suite executives.

Steve currently serves as CEO of Dale Carnegie Training for Southeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and is recognized as one of the organization’s leading global trainers.

Renee Martin, Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator

Renee Martin is an experienced executive coach, facilitator and leadership development professional who helps leaders strengthen their confidence, communication and ability to influence others.

Through individual coaching and customized leadership programs, Renee has worked with professionals and organizations across a wide range of industries. Her approach creates an open, engaging environment in which leaders can examine challenges honestly, gain new perspectives and translate insights into practical action.

Renee is an experienced keynote speaker and facilitator who has presented for business organizations, chambers of commerce, professional associations and leadership conferences throughout the region. She is certified in executive coaching and a broad range of leadership, communication and organizational development methodologies.

Renee currently serves as Vice President of Business Development, trainer and leadership coach with Dale Carnegie Training.
