About the Role:

Our Accounts Payable Specialists take pride in providing Bravo Service with accurate and timely support to ensure transactions are processed efficiently and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by the organization utilizing best terms and cash flow management.
• Serve as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services.   
• Prepare and analyze weekly check/EFT payments. Process manual checks and ACHs. 
• Process customer refunds and consignment checks.
• Maintain and reconcile period-end payables and tax reporting. 
• Administer the Emburse expense platform
• Work with Buyers and vendors to resolve PO discrepancies.
• Reconciliation of all incoming vendor statements.
• Identify and lead process improvements across AP, cash management, and expense processing.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of three years previous finance experience is required. Superior organizational and detail-oriented skills are required.
