AtWork Appleton is actively building our Assembly Talent Pool to connect job seekers with upcoming opportunities in the Fox Valley area. We partner with multiple local employers to fill a wide range of assembly roles, from entry-level to experienced positions.

Job Highlights:

-Pay range: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour (based on shift, experience, and client)

-Entry-level to experienced roles available

-First, second, and third shift opportunities

Job Duties May Include:

-Assembling parts or products using hand and power tools

-Following work instructions and quality standards

-Inspecting finished products for accuracy and defects

-Packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment

-Working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Requirements:

-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs

-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

-Good attendance and work ethic

-Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus, but not required

-Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (varies by client)
