This full-time, newly created leadership role allows an experienced RN to shape clinical excellence, elevate resident-directed care, and guide a highly engaged team in our Diamond- accredited assisted living community.
As the Clinical Services Director, you’ll partner closely with the Assisted Living Executive
Director to strengthen systems, coach and mentor our RN Clinical Consultants, and champion quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance resident outcomes, family satisfaction, and team success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the RN Clinical Consultants responsible for daily clinical
operations
- Guide and oversee quality improvement initiatives: development, tracking, auditing, and evaluation
- Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, staff, and the broader community
- Oversee clinically related budgeting and resource management
- Collaborate with assisted living leaders to deliver education and training
- Implement and champion best-practice clinical standards and resident-directed care initiatives
