Civil Engineer

McMahon has an immediate opening for a full-time Civil Engineer in their Neenah, Wisconsin office.

As a Civil Engineer you will work in a project management capacity in planning, design, budgeting, and construction project management. This opportunity is open to a wide range of candidates that are early or in the mid-point of their career. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to utility and roadway design, plan preparation, specification writing, permits and approvals. The appropriate candidate would manage projects and have client representative responsibilities.  Advancement opportunity and a healthy, positive environment are a top priority at McMahon.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, specializing in municipal infrastructure, design/construction, project management and specification writing.
• 3-10 years of municipal/civil engineering experience.
• Project manager experience working directly with clients and managing contracts and budgets.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with project team members and clients. 

 Skills: 

• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Civil 3D proficient is desired
