Calumet County is currently seeking a full-time male Correctional Officer who has a passion for providing the highest quality care in a jail setting. A male candidate is preferred as a bona fide occupational qualification in compliance with Section 302.41, Wis. Stats.
Under general supervision of the Jail Sergeant, responsible for supervising inmates of the Calumet County Jail assuring a safe and secure environment, while adhering to all applicable laws, policies and procedures. Performs related duties as required.
