AtWork Appleton is hiring Custodians, Floor Care Technicians, and Facility Cleaning Leads for a variety of clients across the Fox Valley. We are building a strong talent pool for current and upcoming full-time positions.

Available Roles:

-Custodians (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift): General cleaning in offices, schools, warehouses, clinics, and more

-Floor Care Technicians: Strip, wax, buff, and deep clean commercial flooring (valid driver’s license preferred)

-Lead or Experienced Custodians: Oversee multi-building routes and perform quality inspections

Job Duties May Include:

-Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
-Trash removal and restroom sanitizing
-Window and surface cleaning
-Floor care using commercial equipment
-Performing quality checks and maintaining cleaning supplies

Who We Are Looking For:

-Reliable and self-motivated candidates
-Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required
-Ability to pass a background check
-Willingness to travel between job sites for certain roles
