Position Title: 

Customer Service Phone Agent (Call Center) 

Location: 

Appleton, WI 

 

Employment Type: 

Full time 

Job Duties: 

  • Provide professional customer service by phone and in person 

  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction 

  • Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry 

  • Work independently and take initiative when needed 

  • Support team operations and help create a positive environment 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Typing Test: 30–35 WPM  

  • Strong computer and interpersonal skills 

  • Call center experience preferred 

  • Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts 

  • Reliable attendance is critical 

  • Positive attitude and desire to learn 

  • Professional and pleasant telephone voice 

  • Some admin/leadership experience is a plus 

  • Must be a self-starter – able to work with limited supervision

Compensation: 

  • $15/hour (Monday–Friday) 

  • $16/hour (Saturday & Sunday) 

  • Performance Reviews every 6 months (Pay raise opportunities) 

  • Incentive Pay available based on attendance and performance 

 

Schedule Options: 

Standard Shifts (1st Shift): 

  • Available Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 

  • Shift Times: 

  • 6:00 AM – 1:00 or 2:00 PM 

  • 7:00 AM – 2:00 or 3:00 PM 

  • Weekend Availability: 

  • Must work every weekend or every other weekend 

Split Shift Option (Optional): 

  • Weekdays: 

  • Morning: 6:00–10:00 AM or 7:00–11:00 AM 

  • Evening: 3:00–7:00 PM or 4:00–8:00 PM 

  • Weekends: 

  • Straight Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 

  • Note: Split shift days are flexible and can be discussed during the interview
