Job Duties:
Provide professional customer service by phone and in person
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction
Perform administrative tasks and basic data entry
Work independently and take initiative when needed
Support team operations and help create a positive environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
Typing Test: 30–35 WPM
Strong computer and interpersonal skills
Call center experience preferred
Able to sit and focus for full 8-hour shifts
Reliable attendance is critical
Positive attitude and desire to learn
Professional and pleasant telephone voice
Some admin/leadership experience is a plus
Must be a self-starter – able to work with limited supervision

Standard Shifts (1st Shift):
Available Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Shift Times:
6:00 AM – 1:00 or 2:00 PM
7:00 AM – 2:00 or 3:00 PM
Weekend Availability:
Must work every weekend or every other weekend
Split Shift Option (Optional):
Weekdays:
Morning: 6:00–10:00 AM or 7:00–11:00 AM
Evening: 3:00–7:00 PM or 4:00–8:00 PM
Weekends:
Straight Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Note: Split shift days are flexible and can be discussed during the interview
