- Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards 

- Communicate with drivers and document work clearly 

- Keep workspace and tools clean and organized 

What You’ll Need: 

- Valid CDL (Class B or higher preferred) 

- Ability to meet DOT and A/C certification requirements 

- Prior diesel tech or mechanic experience required
