Foundations Laborer – Build the Groundwork for Every Project
We’re looking for hardworking Foundations Laborers to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and working on projects you can be proud of, we want to hear from you. No two days are the same, and there’s plenty of opportunity to learn and grow in the trade.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with foundation concrete construction projects
Set forms and prep materials
Help pour and place concrete
Operate hand and power tools safely
Follow safety procedures and project directions
What We’re Looking For:
Construction or labor experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates
Ability to lift heavy materials
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work well with a team
Valid driver’s license is a plus
