Fabricator – No Experience Needed | $20.00–$23.00/hr | 1st Shift 

Location: Appleton, WI 

Type: Temp-to-Hire | Mon-Fri | Day Shift Only 

Start your career as a Fabricator with a growing, employee-owned company! You will work in a clean, climate-controlled shop with full training provided, no prior experience needed.

What You Will Do: 

• Measure, cut, and assemble aluminum and steel 

• Read blueprints and work orders 

• Use hand and power tools 

• Mount hardware and load trucks 

• Keep your work area clean and safe 

What You'll Need:

• Must be 18+ and able to use power tools 

• Read a tape measure and do basic math 

• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts 

• High School diploma or equivalent
