Industrial Blasters and Painters

Blaster & Painter – 1st or 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available:

-1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

-2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Blaster Responsibilities:

-Operate high-pressure blasting equipment with metal grit, glass bead, or other media

-Mask, prep, and clean parts before and after blasting

-Inspect parts for proper finish and quality standards

-Perform basic maintenance on blasting machinery

-Maintain safety protocols and accurate timekeeping

-Cross-train in painting or quality as needed

Blaster Qualifications:

-Able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand 8–12 hours, and work in confined spaces or at heights

-Experience with industrial blasting or metal prep preferred

-Able to read blueprints, safety docs, and instructions

-Must wear full PPE and follow safety protocols

-Valid driver’s license preferred

Painter Responsibilities:

-Apply industrial coatings using airless paint systems

-Prepare surfaces, mix coatings, and maintain application equipment

-Follow quality standards and job specifications

-Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

-Assist in other departments when needed

Painter Qualifications:

-Experience with airless paint systems strongly preferred

-Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand throughout shift

-Detail-oriented and able to follow directions

-Open to overtime and cross-training

-Valid driver’s license preferred
