Solhaven Grand Chute is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our beautiful apartment community in Grand Chute, Wisconsin. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems, and are passionate about delivering exceptional resident service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems
• Maintain the appearance of community amenities and grounds
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors
