Reporting to the respective program supervisor, the I & A Options Specialist serves as a point of contact for participants, customers, and/or clients performing related duties toward the objectives and goals of the division.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM to 4:30PM. After hours appointments possible, but scheduled by the employee.
After 6 months of employment, you can apply to work one day at home per pay period.
First-Year Success:
Within the first year, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills and effective communication when assisting individuals who may have disabilities or are part of the aging population. The individual will build positive relationships with customers, communicate with patience and respect, and effectively identify and respond to the unique needs of the individuals served by the ADRC.
