Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Summary: This position will be in charge of all warehousing duties and inventory control.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include the following: Duties may be modified, or additional duties assigned.
- Order materials for jobs/sales, maintain inventory controls, when warehouse manager is gone.
- Schedule job deliveries/pick-ups when warehouse manager is gone.
- Assist in writing up credits for returned material.
- Keep warehouse clean and in order.
- Maintain equipment/vehicles by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arrange for repairs.
- Purchase equipment, when warehouse manager is gone.
- Deliver/pick-up material to job site/customer site.
- Taking material orders from field people/customers.
- Prepare orders for job’s or material sales.
Qualifications:
- Operate forklift.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multi task, problem solve, prioritize projects.
- Good scheduling skills.
Physical Demands:
- Climb ladders.
- Able to sit in an office chair working on computer or written assignments.
- Ability to regularly walk around warehouse floor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Work Environment: Work will be split between warehouse environment and driving delivery vehicle.
