Providing small business IT assistance when they either don't staff someone full time or they need hands on assistance ranging from computer break/fix to Router and Switch installation in larger businesses. The idea for this business came up when I was doing IT for an Appleton based company and we had a small warehouse location in California and often when something was required on-site that required more than basic IT knowledge, we had difficulty finding a reliable local person to assist us. Thus, I started this business and have since installed wireless systems in massive homes to medium sized businesses and also help on a daily basis for many IT tasks like creating users and making emails for new hires.
