Souled Out Ministries INC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Appleton, Wisconsin. Our goal is to enlighten, motivate and encourage at-risk youth and low-income families. We offer Student Assistance Programs, mentoring, vocational trainings, peer support, teen substance counseling and Education. We believe that it is important to take time to focus on your physical, mental, and emotional health.
