FAQ Section
Q: As a coach and speaker, what are your areas of focus?
A: I have two main areas of focus:
1) As a resilience coach and speaker, I help exhausted leaders break free from survival mode, so they can make clearer choices and face rapid change with fearless intention, ironclad confidence, and unbendable joy.
2) As a person living with multiple sclerosis, I am strongly committed to disability and inclusion advocacy. I offer virtual talks and deep-dive workshops that help organizations move beyond awareness, turning disability inclusion into a daily culture of allyship driven by measurable impact.
Q: Tell me about your signature resilience and radical accountability keynote.
A: My signature resilience and radical accountability keynote is called "Waking Up On Purpose". In it, I share my raw, unfiltered journey through chronic illness, career derailment, and suicidal ideation — and I show audiences that choosing to live life on purpose isn’t a destination you arrive at, but a decision you make every single day. This is my big kahuna keynote, so it generally runs from 60-90 minutes, depending on your time frame.
Q: What are your Locker Room Resets?
A: For the resilience and accountability work I do, I offer powerful Locker Room Resets. These are short, direct and inspirational virtual huddles customized for your team’s specific moment. Available for athletic programs, first responders, emergency departments, military transition programs and pre-deployment teams, correctional facilities, treatment centers, peak performance retreats, and any elite team that needs a powerful and prompt reset before the next challenging objective. These are typically around 15 minutes.
Q: Who would be the ideal candidate for your personal or group resilience coaching programs?
A: Anyone struggling with burnout, self-doubt, emotional regulation (REGULATE Program), racing thoughts, impostor syndrome, social anxiety, procrastination, analysis paralysis, or anyone who just plain feels like they've lost their footing.
Q: How do your virtual inclusion allyship talks work?
A: As an experienced inclusion speaker, I deliver high-impact virtual corporate sessions designed to move teams from awareness to action. I offer a variety of topics each year. Virtual talks run 40 minutes, with a 10-minute Q&A directly following. For 2026 and 2027, my main talks are:
“Breaking The Green Dot Illusion: Psychological Safety & Inclusion in Hybrid Teams”
“One Simple Shift: From Suspicion to Empathy for Invisible Disabilities"
Q: Do you also offer breakout sessions to go along with your virtual talks?
A: Absolutely! I call these Deep-Dive Workshops. They are typically two hours in length and are facilitated via ZOOM or onsite. They can be bundled with any of my inclusion talks, or presented as a standalone workshop. They include actionable takeaways and free digital workbooks.
Q: Do you ever travel to host an inclusion allyship talk or workshop onsite?
A: I sure do! With enough notice, you can book me for an onstage inclusion keynote and/or workshop on any of my current speaking topics, anywhere in the United States or Canada. Ask me how you can get the best value and impact by bundling both!
Q: Can I hire you to write and present a custom keynote, just for us?
A: Yes you can! As long as you can give some lead time to work on it, and as long as it falls within my two areas of focus.
Q: Can I schedule some time to talk with you?
A: Of course! Just follow this link to view my calendar.
