Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center Completes Expansion Project

Neenah, Wisconsin – The locally owned and operated Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center has officially completed its expansion project. The resort now features 133 guest rooms, including five Extended Stay Rooms, and expanded meeting space totaling 11,000 square feet, capable of hosting events for up to 500 guests. The addition of a new fitness center and arcade enhances the guest experience for those looking to Park N Play at Bridgewood.

The project began with a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, July 18, 2024 and culminated in the grand opening of the Bridgewood North Tower on Friday, March 21, 2025. The expansion added 39 new guest rooms, two elevators, and an enlarged Pool Mezzanine overlooking the popular aquatic fun center with outdoor hot tub. The arcade and game room were also expanded to appeal to guests of all ages.

Among the resort’s outdoor upgrades is the relocation of the wedding Pergola, now offering scenic views of Neenah Creek, along with a newly constructed retaining wall featuring natural boulders and blooming wildflowers, further enhancing the peaceful landscape.

Renovations are also underway in the resort’s existing 94 guest rooms, including new walk in showers with sleek glass doors and quartz bathroom countertops. In addition, the hotel lobby has been fully redesigned to provide a warm and contemporary welcome for guests.

General Manager Ryan Batley shared his excitement about the $7 million project, which was completed just in time for the Spring Break season. The resort proudly welcomed guests from Canada, Scotland, the United Kingdom, and Buffalo during the 2025 NFL Draft, highlighting its appeal to travelers from across the globe.

Ahead of the hotel expansion, Batley’s Bar & Grill, the resort’s onsite restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, renovated their Sports Lounge, including the addition of The End Zone, an expanded dining area connected to the updated bar. The outdoor patio now features four firepits, a pavilion, swing set, permanent year round cornhole, a basketball hoop, two pickleball courts, and other outdoor games and is steps away from On The Fringe 18 Hole Mini Golf Course. The restaurant also offers three private party rooms alongside its dining room, lounge, and patio.
