It’s my pleasure to recognize Tammy Schwarzbauer, our New Director of Sales and Catering at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Neenah.
Tammy brings a wealth of experience in event management and services, along with a proven track record of driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and outstanding client engagement across both corporate and nonprofit sectors.
Before joining Bridgewood, Tammy spent 23 years with WMEP Manufacturing Solutions, where she served in several key roles, most recently as Senior Events Manager. In that position, she led all aspects of event strategy from concept through execution, for a wide range of programs. Under her leadership, WMEP’s 2025 “Manufacturing Matters! Conference” achieved record breaking success, becoming the most successful in the event’s 27-year history, surpassing revenue goals and earning an impressive 98% attendee approval rating.
Tammy is recognized by her peers and leaders alike for her organization, professionalism, and forward-thinking approach to integrating technology into event management. She is a trusted collaborator who consistently delivers exceptional results and elevates the teams she works with.
A proud Neenah native, Tammy enjoys being active in the community, exploring the city’s beautiful parks and trails with her dog, and attending local events.
