DSAW–Fox Cities Announces Open House Celebration for New Forever Home

On Thursday, June 25, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.,  DSAW–Fox Cities will host a community Open House celebrating its new permanent home located at 226 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton.

After many years of renting space for programs, meetings, and family support services, DSAW–Fox Cities is proud to officially establish a permanent home dedicated to serving individuals with Down syndrome and other disabilities and their families throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

The new building represents a major milestone for the organization and creates expanded opportunities for programming, education, advocacy, and community connection for years to come.

“We are incredibly excited to open the doors to our forever home,” said Jennifer Torgrude, Advisory Board President. “This space represents stability, growth, and a long-term investment in the families and individuals we serve every day.”

Community members, supporters, and local partners are invited to attend the Open House to tour the new facility, learn more about DSAW–Fox Cities programming, meet staff and board members, and celebrate this exciting new chapter for the organization.

Light refreshments will be provided, and guests will have the opportunity to see firsthand how the new space will support expanded services and future growth.

DSAW–Fox Cities provides advocacy, education, social programming, and support services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families across Northeast Wisconsin.
