Fox Cares Foundation Donates $75,000 to Support Local Food Pantries Amid Rising Food Insecurity

In response to the growing challenges of food access, Fox Cares Foundation is proud to announce a special donation of $25,000 each to three of our region’s leading food pantries: Paul’s Pantry in Green Bay, Oshkosh Area Community Pantry, and St. Joseph Food Program in Menasha.

“This is a moment where we felt compelled to go above and beyond,” said Amanda Brown, Executive Director of the Fox Cares Foundation. “Our Board of Directors took a close look at our financial position and agreed that now is the time to act. This is only possible because of the incredible support from our sponsors and participants in events like our golf outing, clay shoot, and Bike to the Beat, as well as the generosity of Fox Communities Credit Union member donors. Their commitment makes this gift happen — and we are deeply grateful.”

The decision comes at a time when many families are facing increased difficulty accessing nutritious food due to rising costs and economic uncertainty. These donations will help the pantries continue their vital work of feeding thousands of individuals and families across the region, especially during the holiday season.

Fox Cares Foundation remains committed to supporting organizations that address food insecurity, homelessness, and the arts. This special gift reflects the Foundation’s mission to uplift the community and respond to urgent needs with compassion and action.

The Fox Cares Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, believes in ending homelessness, fighting hunger, and providing access to the arts throughout Northeast Wisconsin. We accomplish this by engaging the community in organizing community events, and philanthropy, including the team and members of Fox Communities Credit Union.
