Fox Cities Chamber Launches Leadership Fox Cities 2.0: A Deeper Dive for Program Alumni

The Fox Cities Chamber is launching Leadership Fox Cities (LFC) 2.0, an immersive program designed for graduates of Leadership Fox Cities and other comparable chamber leadership programs.

Created in response to alumni demand, LFC 2.0 moves beyond awareness and connections to create meaningful influence and impact in our communities. It features four immersive, full-day experiences throughout the Fox Cities. Each session explores a critical area of community leadership while helping participants develop the skills, perspective, and confidence to lead more effectively.

Topics for LFC 2.0 were shaped by alumni feedback and include:

  1. January 26: Business
    Vision & Systems Thinking
Explore how businesses shape the community and strengthen your ability to see the bigger picture, understand interconnected systems and lead with a long-term vision.
  2. April 27: Board Service
    Stewardship & Influence
Learn how effective board members provide thoughtful oversight, influence meaningful decisions and serve as responsible stewards of an organization’s mission and resources.
  3. July 27: Government & Emergency Services
    Crisis Leadership & Public Trust
Gain insight into how local government and emergency services operate while examining the role leaders play in navigating crises, communicating effectively, and maintaining public trust.
  4. October 26: Human Services
    Servant Leadership & Collective Impact
Discover how human service organizations address complex community needs and how leaders can build partnerships, inspire collaboration, and create lasting collective impact.

The program also includes four optional peer forum sessions between the immersive experiences. These sessions give participants additional opportunities to strengthen relationships, work through real-world leadership challenges and continue making progress on their individual leadership journeys.

LFC 2.0 is open to Leadership Fox Cities alumni (any year) and graduates of other chamber-sponsored community leadership programs, including Leadership Oshkosh, Leadership Green Bay and similar programs. Questions about eligibility or invoicing may be directed to Gina Maniak at gmaniak@foxcc.net.

The program is limited to 30 participants. Cost for the program is $1,500 for Chamber members, and $1,850 for non-members. All invoices must be paid in full by December 15, 2026. Interested alumni can apply online at Leadership Fox Cities 2.0 - Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce.
