Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS), a leading Catholic health ministry with operations in Illinois and Wisconsin, announced today that Amy Crouch, MBA, CPA, FHFMA, has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for HSHS’ Wisconsin Market. She begins her role Jan. 4, 2026.
In this role, Crouch is responsible for monitoring financial performance and maintaining appropriate financial plans and forecasts, serving as key financial liaisons to market executives and supporting operational leaders at the Wisconsin Market ministries. HSHS Wisconsin Market includes HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay; HSHS St. Mary’s Hospital Medical Center in Green Bay; HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan; and HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls.
Crouch has been serving as interim CFO for the Wisconsin Market since fall of 2025. She is a collaborative and results-driven financial executive with expertise in strategic financial improvement planning and execution by partnering with operational leaders. She comes to HSHS after having served as Chief Financial Officer at Riverview Health in Noblesville, Indiana. She previously served as a finance consultant in South Carolina, Indiana and Ohio, after serving in various finance roles in health systems in Indiana and Michigan.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
