James Cleaning, Repair & Maintenance has added Stay-Ready Host Support, a practical service package for Airbnb, Vrbo, guest suite, furnished rental, and short-term rental hosts across the Fox Valley.
The package is designed for hosts who need more than a basic cleaner between guest stays. Short-term rentals often require a combination of cleaning, restocking, guest-readiness checks, small fixes, laundry-area attention, and quick communication so owners know what was handled and what needs attention.
Stay-Ready Host Support may include turnover cleaning, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen reset, bed and surface reset, supply restocking, visible condition notes, small handyman fixes, minor patch or touch-up work, simple drain clearing, dryer lint trap and dryer hose checks, laundry-area maintenance, and photo/text updates after visits.
“Running a short-term rental takes more than a quick clean between guests,” said Christopher James, founder and owner-operator of James Cleaning, Repair & Maintenance. “Low supplies, loose hardware, burned-out bulbs, stains, odors, wobbly furniture, lint buildup, and missed reset details can turn into guest complaints fast. This package gives hosts one local contact for the practical in-between work.”

James Cleaning, Repair & Maintenance does not provide full property management, 24/7 guest response, emergency service, major appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, gas work, active leak service, or urgent hazard response. If a request is outside scope, James will say so clearly before scheduling.
Host Walkthroughs are available as a one-time starting point to review the space, supplies, access, laundry needs, timing, common trouble spots, dryer/laundry-area setup, and whether the property is a good fit.
