Local Commercial Banker Josh Krueger Joins BLC Community Bank

BLC Community Bank is pleased to welcome Josh Krueger to its Commercial Lending team. Krueger joined the Bank in July, bringing more than 12 years of commercial banking experience working with businesses of all sizes.

Throughout his career, Krueger has focused on building strong relationships with business owners and key management while helping identify financial solutions that support efficiency, healthy margins and long-term success.

“We are very excited to welcome Josh to the team at BLC,” said Adam Lange, President and Chief Lending Officer at BLC Community Bank. “Josh is a very experienced and knowledgeable banker, but even more importantly, he is a great person that works hard to help his clients succeed. His relationship-first approach aligns very well with how we serve our clients at BLC.”

Having worked in both community banking and larger financial institutions, Krueger brings a broad perspective to his role at BLC while valuing the personal relationships and local focus community banking provides.

“I really enjoy getting to know the entrepreneurs within our communities and learning the stories behind their businesses,” Krueger said. “Strong banking relationships are built on knowing and trusting the people you work with. Taking the time to understand a business and the people behind it creates a stronger foundation for working through opportunities and challenges together.”

Krueger is also active in the community, serving as Treasurer of the Papermaker Gridiron Association supporting the Kimberly Bulldogs. He has previously coached youth baseball and continues to volunteer with local nonprofit events.
