McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering and architectural firm, announces Chris Dopkins, project manager, and Tony Kappell, water/wastewater project engineer, have been named directors in the company.
Dopkins has been with McMahon for more than 27 years, serving as a project manager at the company's Machesney Park, Illinois office. He has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Dopkins will hold the title of director of regional services.
Kappell has served as a project engineer in McMahon’s water/wastewater division, based in Neenah, Wisconsin, for 21 years. He holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a master’s in environmental engineering, both from the University of Minnesota. Kappell will hold the new title of director of water/wastewater division.
