Briohn Building Corporation, which was contracted to design and build the dual-tenant facility, is wrapping up construction. Located at 3275 East Winslow Avenue, the new building features 44,000 square feet of office and shop space for Paul Davis to continue providing property damage restoration services to homeowners and businesses in the area. Rivian, an all-electric American automotive manufacturer, occupies an additional 33,000 square feet as its first Service Center in Wisconsin. Paul Davis will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:30 AM on Thursday, June 11, at the facility.
