Ramaste Kids creates simple, practical tools that help children and families work with big feelings in a calmer, more connected way. The goal is not to overcomplicate childhood or turn every hard moment into a lesson. The goal is to give kids a small, steady place to begin.
Ramaste Kids is also the beginning of a growing resource space for families, caregivers, educators, and community adults who want gentle, usable ways to support children through everyday emotional moments. Steady is the first featured tool, with additional resources planned around breathing, grounding, self-connection, and simple practices families can return to again and again.
Steady is a child-friendly online tool that helps kids pause, breathe, notice what they are feeling, reconnect with the world around them, and carry one small helpful cue back into the rest of their day.
The tool follows a simple rhythm:
