Registration Open for Fox Cities Chamber CEO Breakfast on May 5

Professionals looking to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their influence and grow their networks are invited to attend the Fox Cities Chamber’s popular CEO Breakfast, featuring some of the region’s most respected business leaders. This year’s breakfast will be held Tuesday, May 5 from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. at the Fox Club at Fox Cities Stadium.

Representing organizations of various sizes and industries, the panelists will share how they navigated pivotal moments in their careers, overcame challenges and developed the skills that helped them advance into leadership roles. They’ll provide candid insights and practical advice on leadership, decision-making, mentorship and career growth in today’s evolving business environment. Attendees, whether emerging leaders or experienced professionals preparing for their next step, can expect to gain fresh perspectives, make valuable connections and leave inspired to continue advancing their careers.

  • Imran Andrabi, MD, FAAFM, President & CEO, Froedtert ThedaCare Health Inc.
    Imran Andrabi, MD, FAAFM, is President and CEO of Froedtert ThedaCare Health Inc. He oversees the combined organization’s vision, mission, goals, operations and strategic direction. Dr. Andrabi has extensive experience leading safe, high quality health care in the Midwest. His board and committee involvement includes United Way of the Fox Cities, Froedtert ThedaCare Inc Board, ThedaCare Board of Trustees, Wisconsin Hospital Association, Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality, AboutHealth, Panda Health, b.well connected health, along with Vizient Upper Midwest board, Vizient Chairs Council and Vizient Value Analytics Committee.


  • Kevin M. Beauchamp, President & CEO, Galloway Company
    Kevin M. Beauchamp joined Galloway Company in 2005, and has supported the organization through major growth and modernization initiatives. His leadership path continued as he became COO in 2017, President in 2020, and ultimately President & CEO in 2024. Known for his grounded, authentic leadership style, Beauchamp believes in empowering people by giving them opportunities to learn, contribute, and stretch beyond their comfort zones. He is deeply committed to developing the next generation of leaders and encourages emerging professionals to stay curious, work hard, and remain open to opportunities that can shape their future.


  • Joey Reader, Founder/Owner, A-mazing Events
    Joey Reader is the founder and owner of A-mazing Events, a full-service event management company she has grown over the past 20 years. With a background in Human Resources Management, Reader leads with a people-first approach rooted in trust, collaboration, and integrity. She is known for her calm, confident leadership and passion for creating seamless, intentional event experiences.


  • Catherine J. Tierney, President & CEO, Community First Credit Union
    Catherine J. Tierney, President-CEO of Community First Credit Union joined the credit union in 1976 as a teller and held many roles before her promotion to President-CEO in 1994. She is the credit union’s second CEO, succeeding the founder. Her current non-profit board service includes the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, Fox Valley Humane Association, Riverview Gardens, and the New North. She also served a term on the Chicago Federal Reserve’s Community Depository Institutions Council and on the Governor’s Council for Financial Literacy.
