SECURA Insurance promoted Kyle Galloway to Vice President–Software Engineering.
Since joining SECURA in 2022 as Director–IT, Galloway has played a pivotal role in leading application engineering teams that support critical business capabilities. In October 2024, his leadership role expanded to include overseeing all engineering teams within SECURA's IT division.
In his new role, Galloway will continue to advance SECURA's strategic initiatives by fostering high-performing engineering teams and strengthening partnerships across the business.

Prior to joining SECURA, Galloway led IT operations at Plan Administrators, Inc. and held leadership and consulting roles at School Specialty, American Family Insurance, and TDS Telecom.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. Additionally, he obtained an Executive Leadership Masters Certificate and a Project Management Masters Certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
