Touchmark on West Prospect has been recognized as a Pulse Champion of Young Professionals by the Fox Cities Chamber, honoring the community’s commitment to creating a positive environment for young professionals to thrive and grow in their careers.
This designation is awarded to employers across the region that actively support young professionals (YPs) through workplace culture, professional development and talent retention efforts. Touchmark’s intentional approach to nurturing early-career leaders is one reason the Chamber selected the retirement community for this honor.

One key example of this investment is Touchmark’s Management Associates program, which is designed to mentor emerging professionals early in their careers. Associates rotate through each department in the community—learning how roles function together and gaining firsthand experience across operations, hospitality, health services and more. This immersive approach equips them to lead with understanding, passion and purpose as they take on leadership roles in senior living and beyond.

The Fox Cities Chamber formally presented Touchmark with the Young Professionals Champion certificate on Monday, July 21. The recognition reflects Touchmark’s belief that cultivating young talent is essential not only to the company’s success, but also to the vitality of the greater community.
